Spareribs from the Netherlands!

I would like to share a dutch recipe for spareribs.

The final marinade which you create is a bit sticky & it seems like you don't have enough marinade.. But you will have!

I hope the ingredients are well translated for you all

10 Gram / KG: Seasalt or Kitchensalt
4 Gram / KG: Colour change salt ( Colorozo Salt )
1 Gram / KG Grinded foelie
3 Gram / KG White pepper
3 Gram / KG Onion powder
3 Gram / KG Sambal ( Hottt sauce )
5 Gram / KG Honey
0,5 Gram / KG Garlic powder
5 Gram / KG Paprika powder
20 Gram / KG Soy sauce
1 Gram / KG Lavas powder
0,5 Gram / KG Liquid smoking sauce

Get the whole sparerib(s) covered with the marinade & keep it 48 hours in the marinade.
Put it 60 minutes on 115 celcious. After you grilled it you can always poor a bit sparerib sauce on top of it to make it look great & juicey!
