Have you seen this stretchable roast tying bands?

For extra money, sometimes I work at Safeway stores on my days off. This is what they tie their roasts with now. Have any of you seen or used these before?

I have never seen that before. It looks kind of thick for meat. I would like to see how it looks on a roast.

why do we need safety glasses to tie a roast? I can't remember that ever being hazardous to my eyes. Maybe a splatter when you tighten it?

I can't imagine how a person could accidentally injure their eye while using these. Maybe there should also be a "18+ only" sign on the box. We wouldn't want a 17 year old person getting fatally injured, or killing someone else while putting a rubber band on a piece of meat.

We definitely need an 18+ Only sign on these.  Anyone younger will use them for slingshots.  Now I know what the eye protection is for.
