For four generations, Avril-Bleh & Sons has been a family enterprise producing the finest quality sausages, cold cuts, hams and smoked and roasted meats in the German tradition.

Their homemade sausages are made by hand here in our store. they use only fresh pork shoulders, 99% fat-free beef, and quality spices to make superior sausages. Their homemade sausages do NOT contain A-N-Y of the following ingredients: Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Sodium erythorbate, food coloring, food color enhancers, or Food preservatives.

  Len Bleh is the 4th generation to own it and his son will be the 5th.

Whole sides of beef are available by special order and are prepared and packaged to your specifications by our full-time professional meat cutters. Also available are whole New York Strips, Rib eyes, and Beef Tenderloins. Along with great cuts from their meat case.

Avril-Bleh & Sons Marketplace and Deli was opened in 2008 after owner Len Bleh decided to branch off of his already well recognized butcher shop.The Deli is next door to the meat shop.
