It's not too small for one or two cutters. How many people work there at one time? Where's the band saw? There must be more to this meat dept than we can see. The table may be longer than it appears. See how the wide angle lens makes it look bent? Also, if the place is too small, don't put so much meat on the table at one time. I wonder why the table is so clean with all that meat on it. It looks like all of that was set on a clean table right before the picture was taken. Looks like a staged photo, rather than any random moment you might walk in on. The two luggars on the table can go underneath it. There's plenty of room to work. What's behind the camera? Another table? A band saw? A window from the store looking into the cutting room? What kind of operation is this? A large chain store? A small shop? Looks like a secluded area where you can get a lot of work done with no one bothering you.
