First thing I noticed wasn't the pink trays (rose, some call em), or that everything's fresh full, and level, or that there's a gentleman in the picture, or the picture of the diary cow, and I don't think beef is only for dinner. Nope, the first thing I noticed is something I've only seen one place before. Isn't that a two way mirror into the cutting room? Customers see their reflection, you see them, they don't see you? I think I'd like working there.
Case looks good, but I want to comment something else.
This is the kind of case I like to work. Coffin style, where you can work it from behind, away from customers. I really dislike when customers are in my way while I'm trying to load the case. Yeah yeah, I know "they're not in my way, they're the reason I have a job" I say screw that, I don't want to work around the people and/or their carts. It's especially irritating when you wait and wait, and a spot finally opens up and then at the same moment, someone asks you to help them find something. I like this kind of case. That never happens with this case. I wish I had a dollar or every minute I've spent waiting for customers to move out of my way. I think they're better than 3 tiers. I think some customers can miss stuff in a 3 tier case and the upper shelves don't hold enough stuff, or aren't suitable for some packages.
Okay. Lets start voting now. Scroll through the meat case pictures and cast your vote at the very top of this page for the picture you like the best. You may base your vote on any criteria you like. Me personally, I am going to take the appearance of the meat case AND the appearance of the meat cutter into consideration.
