DESCRIPTION	Cuts, trims, bones, and cleans meat and poultry. Monitors rotation of product to ensure product freshness. Advises customers on quality, methods of handling and other factors affecting preparing, freezing and storing food. Cleans cases, shelves, and work area to ensure safe, sanitary conditions. Cleans shelves, bins, tables, coolers and floor on a regularly scheduled basis. Washes hands frequently, uses flexible gloves.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS	Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. comfortably on a regular basis. Qualifications for Meatcutter 2 : 2 yrs apprentice meat cutting & able to direct the work of other Meatcutters and Counter Clerks Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
