Meat & Seafood Assistant Manager

Full time position to assist the manager in running the department. Duties include purchasing, cutting, pricing, merchandising and managing inventory, as well as training and supervising staff. Experience processing and cutting fresh meat and seafood in a retail setting expected. Supervisory experience helpful. Natural and organics knowledge is helpful. Superior customer service skills and a sense of humor required.
