Willy Street Co-op is hiring for a Meat Manager for our East side location in Madison, Wi.  This is a full-time position with the schedule yet to be decided.  Some qualifications for the position include:
 

• Excellent and consistent customer service skills
• At least one year of experience training and supervising staff required, 2+ years of personnel management preferred
• Ability to judge grades of meat
• Ability to analyze budgets and sales reports
• At least 2 years experience in product buying and inventory control
