Have you seen green cancer like tumors in your meats? Chuck, Bottom Round, Pork?

It's an abscess, common in pork. The inspector can usually find it by looking at all the glands. Disgusting for sure but it happens.

Those are really nasty - full of bacteria. Take the time to sanitize anything it comes in contact with .
