I went out on the road for three days, enjoyed meeting new meat cutters and some old ones lol I have a few pictures to post about a couple places, most wouldn't let me take pictures

That takes some skill, huh? According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics they make the highest hourly mean wage for meat cutters...if you want to call them that. http://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes513023.htm#nat
