I am just wondering what you charge a customer for cutting and wrapping beef, pork, game? I am thinking about doing it on the side. The animal has to be skinned and gutted for me to do it in this facility. So, that being said. What price per pound. All custom cut and freezer wrapped. Thanks guys! Jeff
