I just back fro Cambodia with the National Guard. While I was there I was over the chow hall. All the cooking was done by the Cambodia people. Any long store short they brought in a full beef,pig and two goats to roast. They were nice enough to include me in one all the butchering. nothing like cutting beef...

I have to go to Atlanta today to talk with some people at the Ga. Beef Council. Then take care of some things in preparation for my trip to Tn, Ky, Ohio, Mi. Ill, In. I have no ideal what time I will be back home today, SO if any one wants to open the chat room tonight FEEL FREE to do so.
