I apologize for not being around for the last week and a half, my wife got sick on me and after she got better I went down with a bad case of pneumonia, just getting over it.

I got a special order for 130 peices of country style ribs. About how many cases of pork butts would you estimate would be need to fullfill this order? Assuming each case has 4 cryovac bags and each bag has 2 pork butts in it. Or in other words 8 pork butts to a case. I am thinking about 2 cases to do this as...
