Hi Group: I can't find the formula I used in the 1970's for making a brine for smoking fish. If I remember correctly it contained less salt than my smoked meat brine. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Also I have never made smoked salmon jerky (hot or cold smoked) and need a starting point. T...
