Have any Managers seen a change in there hours at work? I am starting to work later shifts on the weekends, 8-5 or 10-7. The company I work for says That we need to be there to make sure the custumers are being taken care of though out the whole day. What are yor thoughts?

We are starting into the summer months, WHAT type of Merchandising will you do to contribute to the extra sale of products. WHAT ideals do you have in mind to stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase or buy a item they didn't come in to buy??

1. not rotating the case and finding outdated product because of it. 2. the person the previous night not cleaning saw /grinder parts good. 3. not having back up cut on his day off. .................just saying anyone else care to chime in?
