I must admit I never tried one till about 2 years ago, I only did then so I could tell my customers about them as it was a new item I was pushing since no one else in my town cut them, I guess it was the way my wife cooks them but I do like the taste & it being tender. rather have a ribeye any day ( wink ) I have had good luck with them and a reg. item in my case.
