O.K. so the history channel people were at the shop that I work for and took six hours of film of a few of us meatcutters for a possible series they are thinking of doing called "American Butcher". They were there a month ago and filmed for one hour as a test. They have it knocked down to five shops and will use three in the show. They plan on filming for a month! Don't know how exciting it can be,maybe they are running out of ideas.I guess the small old fashioned butcher shop is now "History" Hope I can hold out till retirement LOL.     Orionbme
