That looks like the cap off a top sirloin. Doesnt it also go by a 'Brazilian cut"?

no, I ran across that by a Brazilian meat cutter.  one thing I have enjoyed with this site and meeting meat cutters from other countries is finding out the names of beef in their country. lot differ

I first learn of the differ names from a lady Meat Manager at Countdown Central Mall supermarket in Rotorua, NZ

Looks like a fatty cap of sirloin to me.but pictures can be wrong.

Its the top half of a flat iron patially trimmed out. The fat off the top blade hasn't been trimmed.
