we have five butcher shops/stores outlets within town and all of this we deliver already prepared cut meat from the main branch to them and of recent the company employed new staff shop/store attendants and i have been given a task of two day training of each personel ,this training began last monday 18th-14-2011 of this week and it is to take two weeks, majorly on ;
-how to handle meat a moment they receive it,
- how to display it.
-to know where some meat parts come from,
-to teach them meat names,
-how to prevent poultry birds and other meat from going bad while at there hands.
I know pork, chicken for that part of the world would be the main meats, but I would like to know do you sale much beef and in what cuts, what retail cost.
