I love sending the kid out to clean the frozen doors
everything freezes on them and they always freak out
I also like putting plastic wrap over the drain screens when they are cleaning up and watch what happens when they realize the water isn't going down

One of my favorites is to get a couple seasoned cutters, grab the new guy and dunk him into the bone barrel head first. They wrestle abit at first but they soon realize struggling it only makes it worse.

RE: ONE OF THE FIRST GLASS IN MARKET

I only make fun of the slow ones

When I was in the restaurant business I was a training manager
the newbies had an easy schedule to begin with until their third week
then they got longer and longer days
on that first 12+ hour day I would strike
They would be closing with me and I would send them out with a 5 gallon pail of water to go water the plants in the dining room around 11 pm
I would tell them it was important they got everyone
When they were almost done, this is 4-5 pails of water later, I would ask them if they were doing a good job
they all said yes sir I am getting everyone
then I would strike
Why don't you feel the leaves of that plant??
Then they would realize all the plants were fake and they had just got played
I would also send them downstairs to fill the water fountain and out to get a left handed knife for our new cook

I guess the profession has changed but I haven't
