TYPE OF SCALES I FIRST USED

TYPE OF SCALES I FIRST USED IN MY FIRST MARKET TO WAIT ON CUSTOMERS, WE WOULD WEIGHT IT HERE, WRAP IN WHITE PAPER AND MARK THE PRICE ON IT.

CUSTOMERS COULD SEE LBS FROM THE BACK SIDE, NOT PRICE

RE: TYPE OF SCALES I FIRST USED

We still have a scale at one of the stores I worked in with this company. We had in the the cooler next to the grinder to weigh our grinds. we have a pick 5 selcetion and grinds need to be a certain weight. I always wondered how old that thing was...

We pretty much cut any pork or beef except middle meats like strips and shortoins, just sizes are smaller. All items depend on the cost. Seems latley more stuff is getting tossed out due to price increases. but we have chicken hotdogs lunchmeat bobevans, bacon on core... we have a a big selection but the price of ours to customer is 19.95 so like I said keeping a profit in that is getting harder and harder due to increases in beef and so on. But we run sales you get 6 for 19.95 and that is huge at our store.

remind me next wed to call you and talk about the pick 5, I love that program BUT as you say right now it is hard to run a lot of beef cuts in it I would think.
