REDNECK DEEP FRIED SPARE RIBS


Today for some reason I got to thinking about a recipe I had seen years ago that I never tried, WELL this evening I thought I would give it a try lol

HERE THEY ARE.

 REDNECK DEEP FRIED SPARE RIBS,  because i cooked my way and not by the recipe lol

I did the egg, flour thing lol I found the taste good, to me a cross between a pork butt roast and ribs. I didn't put any sauce on them, just deep fried with a bake potato.

You guys in the south will fry anything..lol.....I'm gonna try it........hey u ever have a deep fried turkey?.....I here a lot about them I never tried it though

HAD MY FIRST TWO YEARS AGO, NOT MUCH ON THE TURKEY BIRD LOL BUT WAS AMAZED BY HOW JUICY THE BREAST WAS !!

GIVE IT A TRY, I THINK YOU WILL  LIKE IT
