most of the butcher shops prices are insane............i sell black angus ribs eyes for 27.56 a kg and the butchershop up the road for me the sale meat maybe a tad more marbling sells for 49.00 a kg......... the funny thing is they have line ups out the door.......i beleive big in supporting small business owners but i wouldnt spend double........and all there prices are like this
lol yeah i have the butchers dont even help the customers........they have teens serving you and when u ask a question u get alotta ahhhhhhhahhhhhhh..lol...i asked some question and thats the answer i got
their has been 5 meat shops open in Atlanta in the past few years, I hear they all doing well. I think people still want good meat. we cut box choice and most of our customers want a 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 steaks. I hope they do well, at lest people can get a steak cut in them.
