cowboy, that program wouldn't work in my market, my customers to lazy to cut up their own.

you are kidding me..that sounds like they are trying to encourage customers to cut their own meat. what would they need us for then?

the stores i worked at had little stickers telling the customers how to cut the meat..lol..........after then knew how to follow the sticker and cut an eye of round....LOOK OUT they are full out butchers and they cut there own meat.........or an other senario i see people bring the meat back saying it was tough cause they cut it wrong..lol
