HANGING BEEF MEAT CUTTERS
 
The Butcher's Guild is seeking the BEST of the BESTAND FAST hanging beef meat cutters
for the Real Steer Butchery Competition in September, 2011.
This will be a three man team cutting competition at the  EAT REAL FEST Steer Butchery Competition site.
IF you have a team, GREAT, if not, you can be placed with two others
IF YOU ARE A HANGING BEEF CUTTER, GOT PRIDE IN IT, THE BEST OF THE BEST AND FAST

I could do it, but I ain't the fastest with beef sides. Only do them now and again. I'd give it a run though.
