Yes, Leon...this is an Idea I never though would come to fruition. The meat cutting industry/trade, and the people that love, work, and respect it, owe you a lot for what you've done to bring us together. I really enjoy this site. Thanks again, Cowboy!

 I'm happy and proud to be a member of the meatcuters club also. an want to say thanks for the cutting videos here, they have help me a lot. now i can talk with the old timers in my market about stuff i use not be able to. when i say things about this or that they look at me funny.  i don't hear the rookie stuff from them much anymore.
