USDA boxed beef cutout values gained a little more than $3 last week and it was the rib who stole the show, trading Friday at $403, the highest in history and $58 over a year ago. The rib has a couple of more weeks before its seasonal top, when a precipitous seasonal correction will occur.

How many you old timer here remember using one of these to re date turkeys For you that never seen one, it was called a jack stamp, back in the day when you needed to re date turkeys you used one because the numbers match up with the sizes numbers they dated turkeys with.
