Does anyone make Sirloin Patties I take a Sriloin Tip and grind it thru twice. Then make a patty in my hand and then run it thru the cubber once. It is nicer than a cube steak.You don't have that grisel to chew. Sells real well at my store.
we call that grissle-free cube steak... we have a disk grinder, and a set of tineless knives that go into the tenderizer. Make a small ball of the meat and drop it thru the tenderizer and charge 4.99lb pretty good seller, extra work tho...lol Dave
