Gidday everyone , i am a steel restorer with over 24years experience in the meatworks as a boner slicer and slaugtermen, its in my blood and im proud of what i do .I had a oldschool boner teach me knifesharpening , once i learnt that and i earned his trust ,he started to teach me the art of repairing steels . That was the start of addiction to having a sharp knives and a steel that can keep your knife going all day. That was 20 years ago ,now i repair and restore for people all over Australia and have been collecting steels from all parts of world.
