That's a neat video. Thanks for posting it. real nice looking counter. I liked the old butcher blocks. I've never wortked on one of those. We have wooden tables, but not genuine butcher blocks.
i love there takes in this video i want a couple for my service area.........i have never used would tables are they easy to clean just like the hard plastic cutting blo cks?
butcher29, when we use to clean those blocks, we picked up saw dust off the floor, cover them and took a wide wire block brush and brush all the meat off, then poured salt on them with a little water and brush them off again, you had a clean surface with a light white color. We never made any one sick or killed any one, we didn't start that till the hard plastic cutting blocks can out.
