a drunk in my market was a work hazard to my other workers, I got rid of him fast.

I never had a problem with people leaving early if their job was done. but as with drunks if you don't pull your load with me, your gone, I want have my other people pulling your load, they have enough as it is. Now if you were sick for a day or two I'll help you get through the day just like I expect you to help others that may be sick for a day or so.  TEAM WORK

As long as everyone is easy going and doesn't overreact, it's ok if people leave early. Just don't get mad at the night man if something goes wrong that wouldn't have happened if everyone else worked a complete shift.

its ok for people to take off half day ...........you gotta think how many of the guys stay a couple hours extra if a load is late........as long as work is done......and if i had a drunk and it was effecting his work i would do my best to help him.......but if he cant help himself hed be gone

I use to let my help leave early if I could, no problem as long as things were took care of. IF i caught one slipping out on me early I use to make his schedule out the next week for the early shift if he like to come in late or make it the late shift if he like to come in early lol

meat market no place for a drunk, could get some one else hurt. two strikes you out of mine.

I don't like drunk meat cutters, they want to fondle my rump roasts and boneless breasts.
