Big Beef are they still in business? I find these old signs interesting, a sign of times gone by and once great companies that couldn't make it becausing of changing times. I know many companies wouldn't make the changes to make it in this time, like a lot of old meat cutters that wouldn't make the charge to box beef.

We sell Usinger's. They're still pushing lots of product. The Milwaukee Oscar Mayer only better.

Usingers is alive and well
You can even have lunch at the factory if you show up at the right time and know the right people
They have a rival in Milwaukee, Klements that does a great job too

Klements is good! I see alot of it around here at the bigger stores. They're summer sausage is pretty solid. Give me some good 'Scony cheddar, a loaf of summer sausage some beers and I'm good!!!

I had to bring back a few sticks of Klements summers when I came back a month ago
It isn't available here in the DC area
Glad I am heading back there now so I can eat it when ever I want
