Meat Cutters in Cambodia. ? where is the strangest place you cut beef

I just back fro Cambodia with the National Guard. While I was there I was over the chow hall. All the cooking was done by the Cambodia people. Any long store short they brought in a full beef, pig and two goats to roast. They were nice enough to include me in one all the butchering. nothing like cutting beef in the jungle.

I don't have any pics. I woke up that day went to the chow hall. I had no idea that they had it planned.
