How to make shredded pork barbque?

as i said in the post below i have an excessive amount of pork trim in the cooler..today i made some bratwurst.. but there is still quite a bit of trim left..i am trying to find a way to turn it into money.  I was thinking maybe shredded pork barbque i could put them in clear bowls with lids maybe?  unless there is some reason why that wouldn't be safe?  if anyone does this please tell me what methods you use to shredd it and give me a recipe i am looking to try this tomorrow if i get time.

thank you.

P.s. how do you spell barbque  that just don't look right. i notice as i get older i am forgetting how to spell some words.

If you have a crockpot they have some of those mixes in grocery that you just add with some water or stuff to make it... Put a special on bulk sausage in store or you could make up some mock city chicken... Gr pork and shape into a rectanage roll in cornflake crumbs and cut into a pieces that you can put a small skewer in. These are just some thoughts. Good luck hope you clean up on it. :)

its summertime, how about sausage patties? the seasoning is inexpensive and the markup is very good. there is also: ham loaf, meatloaf mix, meatballs breaded pork cutlets, city chicken and even stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers just name a few.

Make andouille out of it and smoke it. This will give you at least a 10 day shelf life.

BBQ Pulled pork is easy but if you are using trimmings it won't be consistent each time you do it
