Like I told my brother-in-law and sister today, I'm in it to make you guys as much money as possible. Anything less is failure. Also what I told them this is a great resume builder. How many other cutters have the opportunity to step into a business, and be the one the start it from the ground up. I said I want to be able to put down I went from 0 dollars a day to making 1000 dollars a day. I don't want to put down I was making just a 100 dollars a day. I also told him in order to do that I will need the tools to do it. And luckily I have a large group of experience men and women to give me suggestions, advice, and years of experience to help me achieve my goals.
Just got internet at my house so pics will be coming soon, also been moving myself, grandparents and sisters stuff. And logging some hours at work, and a food show last Sunday on my day off. So it has been hectic.
Yesterday we done $110.01 in the meat shop. Up a 120% ish from day one.
Sliced colby in the case is our biggest seller. Onto the second case now.
Our meat case is trash. Only one side cools now. New one enroute from Penn. Had two heating and cooling companies out that specialize in the equipment we have. Both told us it was because the building was too hot, and there was nothing wrong with the machine. Installed another air conditioning unit, and have the building down to a pristine temperature, and they just have told me they dont know what is wrong with it.
watch those air conditioning guys, some times they fix one thing and get it so it will go down a few days later it seems lol I have seen that a lot of times. they come out and spent three, four hours fixing something and two days later you have to call them for something else, makes me wonder lol
Yeah no doubt! I think the Hobart repairmen are the worst about that. Never once have they fixed something permanently for us. One time I tore into the saw to fix one of their jobs they did. Haven't had a problem since as far as I know.
