Given that this shop has been running successfully for over 100 years, I don't think cross contamination is an issue. In my opinion, "cross contamination" is a legal issue. That is, major corporations lobbied for stricter health codes to avoid possible lawsuits. __________________

no, its not. but beautiful indeed. the quality is much more than the mainstream meats we have. __________________
