pretty cool................personally though if i opened a meat shop i would wanna do it on my own .........to me the guy is takeing hand outs...........i wouldnt feel pride unless i paid for my business myself...........just my opinion..........nice to see people backing him though
Nice lookin' pig. We break lamb from full carcass. It comes from a farm less than 30 miles from the store, slaughtered less than 10 miles away. Every Monday morning I call the farmers wife, shoot the breeze about the weather, local politics and high school football, then place my order. The farmer delivers the carcasses Wednesday afternoon (sometimes evening, depends on how early the inspector shows up).
