Survey Question...


Has anyone who does value added at your stores done marinated beef stew? I was thinking it would go great and merchandise with some noodles from grocery and BE mashed potatoes for meal ideas. Give me your thoughts...

 Not to long ago I did stew with a Burgandy Peppercorn Marinade. Sold pretty good too. But I think I could have sold more merchandising it with BE Mashed. This would make a great Saturday/ Sunday Demo too

I have done stew in a garlic Marinade.This time of year I stick with Kabobs.Acturally nothing right now I am on holidays.Heading to Great Falls Montana

I'd say if you think it would fit your customers taste give it a try. If it doesn't go over you haven't lost that much.
