Father/n/law gave me a couple of pics when he was cutting back in 53,he has cut for about 45 years and still is good with a knife.

I really enjoy these old pictures. I am not sure but i think those steaks in the middle of the first case on the first picture look like strips notice the price 79cents per lb.
