Grass Fed Flat Iron Steaks

1 package of Flat Iron steaks containing four 8.5-oz. steaks.

Flat Iron steaks are a very affordable alternative for great grilling. Enjoy the great taste and flavor of grass-fed flatirons.  Pound for pound flatirons are a great value for nutrition and price.

Four 8.5 ounce flatiron steaks per package.

Price: $25.38 $21.57

Shipping is free with $7.50 handling fee per total order

I didn't take time to get the cost of this per lb, just taking a guess, about 15.00 per lb with the handling fee.

WHERE IS THE STUPID SIGN,

The company i work for sells these things like crazy. No where near that price per pound though.

I notice this is grass fed beef. Hell you might as well eat chicken.

If you google it , this is not the correct way to cut a flat iron , when cut like this they are called chicken steaks in our part of the world , The correct way according to the guys at came up with this idea said to cut the top chuck longwise. This was an effort by the University of Fl. and one of the universities in the mid west to come up with ideas to sell cuts of meat that didn't have enough movment.

Used to call them spencer steaks or butter steaks, but definatly not a flat iron. I love those flat irons, I finally got one and tried it, people love them and had to see the hype. They also make great stirfry.
