Mr. Otwell, who helped lead the training, explained the four types of customer moods: focused, angry, hurried and puzzled.

I think he miss one, I've seen more happy customers than the ones he is talking about.

most customers just get what they want and go..they don't ask for assistance so i don't know what kind of mood they are in but i would say pleasant when i see them i say good morning they say goodmorning and thats it. ..so pleasant. i get a few confused ones..they want to ask for something but not sure what they are asking for or how to ask for it. angry is rare, hurried i guess sometimes
