Whey Protein Powder

Most recently, I increased my protein intake (brand: Muscle Milk).
from 1 ****tail (25 grams of protein per day)
to 4 ****tails at intervals throughout the day (100 grams per day)
understanding that I need to do this to restore muscle and energy. (along with taking BCAA)

Is it really too much for my body to digest?

Only two supplements have been proven to work: creatine and caffeine.

RE: Whey Protein Powder

Proteins are generally more complex supplements, and it might be difficult for your body to process them. You should better talk to a professional before starting to take anything of this kind.
You may also consider taking something simpler like peptides from Buy Peptides. These supplements are simpler than proteins and are more natural to your body. They are especially good for beginners and people who don’t want to put their bodies under additional stress. Peptides help to gain muscle mass and become more powerful in general. They are perfect to combine with calisthenic or another exercise that requires endurance.
