Last November, we enjoyed a refreshing 3-day weekend break from our corporate routine and planned a memorable group trip to Chopta, Uttarakhand, with nine friends. To travel comfortably together, we booked a Tempo Traveller on hire in Delhi from SKTC, which ensured a smooth, safe, and stress-free journey. Chopta, popularly known as the “Mini Switzerland of India,” impressed us with its stunning Himalayan views and peaceful environment. The destination is a paradise for nature and adventure lovers, offering famous treks like Tungnath, Chandrashila, and Deoria Tal. We explored lush green meadows (Bugyals), dense forests, and even spotted wildlife near the Musk Deer Sanctuary. Camping under the stars and birdwatching added serenity to our trip, while activities like rock climbing, abseiling, and scenic motorbike trails thrilled the adventure enthusiasts in our group. Overall, our Delhi to Chopta 3-day trip was an unforgettable blend of adventure, nature, and friendship, creating memories we’ll cherish forever.
